Tender Notice- Bhadaravi Punam Fair-2011
Tenders in sealed covers only through Regi.Ad./speed post are invited from the experienced agencies for the following works to be done during the Bhadaravi Purnima Fair-2011 so as to reach to Administrative Officer, Shri Arasuri Ambaji Mata Devasthan Trust, Ambaji, Ta.Danta, Dist.Banadkantha, Pin-385110 on or before 12/8/2011 by 16-00 pm. The blank tender copy can be had by paying in cash (none refundable) on working days except holidays by 5/8/2011 from this office. If possible, the tenders will be opened in the presence of contractors on 12/8/2011 at 16-30 pm. The chairman of Shri Arasuri Ambaji Mata Devasthan Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.

Note : If any agency desires to do the job free of cost by way of getting advertisement, they will be preferred.

To install temporary toilet blocks at various places & the sanitation work at mandap places (Estimated cost Rs.1.35 lacs, Tender fee Rs.275/-.

For the following works, the rates should be send in writing on letter pads so as to reach on or before 12/8/2011 by 16-00 pm.

Cultural Programme:-Performing Agencies /Artists have to give the information about the names of artists, details of programs & musical instrument etc.

To supply the drinking water from Hadad to Ambaji & Ambaji to Danta road. The rates of one tractor-tanker(12.00 hours).

|
The rates of 1Kg. chocolates according to the given sample including all taxes & supply to Ambaji (5 to 6 tons)

Advertising Boards:- On the electric poles from Danta-Ambaji & Ambaji-Hadad road & also on Darshan railings of Ambaji Devasthan
